Yeepe! Maps is a service offering powerful, and userfriendly mapping technology. Satellite imagery is powered by Google Maps. The database information of locations, landmarks and cities in the Philippines is powered by Yeepe.com.

How can I find a locations on Yeepe! Maps?

You can find a specific locations in the Philippines on Yeepe! Maps in one of the following ways:

  • On Yeepe! Maps main page, under the find on the map search box, enter your desired business or general location or landmarks. (Example: "Taal Volcano"). Yeepe! Maps will display relevant results targeted to your query.
  • On Yeepe! Maps main page, select your desired category on the category box and the click go. Yeepe! Maps will then display relevant results targeted to your query.

How can I print maps?

You can print maps by using the "Printable Version" link on the main page. After choosing the "Printable Version" link, on your browser, click the File and Print.

 

Can I email this map to a friend?

You can email this map by using the "Email This Map" link. After choosing the "Email This Map" link, a new window will popup, enter your name and email address of your friends, then click submit. The link to the map will be send via email immediately.

We are working to provide Yeepe! users with the most comprehensive and accurate local business information. I am having a problem accessing Yeepe! Maps. How do I fix this?

Clearing your browser cache may resolve the problem that your are experiencing. Please follow the instruction below that correspond to the browser that you are using:

MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER VERSION 6.0 OR LATER
1. Open IE and click "Tools."
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click "General" if it isn't already selected.
4. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files...."
5. Click "OK" to exit.

MOZILLA FIREFOX VERSION 0.8 OR LATER
1. Open Mozilla Firefox.
2. Click on "Tools" > "Options" > "Privacy."
3. Click "Cache" > "Clear Cache Now."
4. Select "OK" to exit.

NETSCAPE VERSION 7.1 OR LATER
1. Open Netscape and click "Edit" at the top of the page.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Click the triangle to the left of the "Advanced" heading to expand the
category.
4. Select "Cache," then click "Clear Cache."
5. Click "OK."

MOZILLA BROWSER VERSION 1.4 OR LATER
1. Open Mozilla and go to the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Collapse the "Advanced" menu in the left-hand column.
4. Select "Cache."
5. Click "Clear cache."

Using Maps
 

I'm experiencing difficulty with the maps while using Microsoft Internet Explorer. How do I fix this?

Please try the steps below to see if any of them resolves the problem:

CLEAR THE BROWSER'S CACHE

Clearing your browser's cache may resolve the problem you're experiencing. To do so in Internet Explorer 6.0 or later:

1. Open IE and click "Tools."
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click "General," if it isn't already selected.
4. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files...."
5. Click "OK" to exit.

MAKE SURE JAVASCRIPT, ACTIVEX, AND "BINARY BEHAVIORS" ARE ENABLED

To enable these browser settings in IE:

1. Click "Tools" > "Internet Options."
2. Click the "Security" tab.
3. Click the "Custom Level" button.
4. Verify that the "Enable" button next to "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" is selected.
5. If you're using XP, verify that the "Enable" button next to Binary and script behaviors is selected. If you're not using XP, continue to step six.
6. Verify that the Enable button under Active scripting is selected.
7. Click OK, then click OK again to save your changes.

The easiest and safest way to enable our maps in your browser is to add Google Maps to your list of trusted sites in Internet Explorer. To do this:

1. Click "Tools" > "Internet Options."
2. Click the "Security" tab.
3. Select the "Trusted sites" icon, and click the "Sites" button.
4. Un-check the box "Require server verification for all sites in this zone."
5. In the "Add this Web site to the zone:" text box, type "maps.google.com" (without quotes) and click "Add."
6. Repeat step five for "local.google.com" and "www.google.com."
7. Click OK, then click OK again to save your changes.

How do I add my business to Yeepe! Maps?

If you would like to add your business information, Here's how:

  • Visit Yeepe! Maps
  • Find and zoom-in to the location of your business in the map. Doubleclick on it, to be centered.
  • Take note of the latitude and the longitude, located at the right bottom part of the map.
    (Example: 14.507046236389751 = Latitude, 121.00406169891357 = Longitude, this is the location of Ninoy Aquino International Airport.)
  • Email the following information including the lattitude and longitude to info@yeepe.com
